Monthly · 30-day notice · no minimum term

Engineers in your standup, not in a status report.

A seat on your team, filled by someone in Lima working your hours. They show up to your standup, pick tickets off your board, and open pull requests against your repo.

Monthly, 30-day notice, no minimum term. If it is not working you leave, and we would rather you could.

$3,000/dev

Per developer per month. Junior $3,000 → senior $6,400, straight from the rate card.

How a seat actually works

01

Tier first, then person

We agree which rate-card tier the work needs before we name anyone. Putting a junior on architecture to protect a margin is how agencies lose clients.

02

Your tools

Your Slack, your Jira or Linear, your repo, your CI. We do not run a parallel process and summarize it to you once a week.

03

A senior on every PR

Included, not billed separately. Junior work exists on our teams and we price it honestly — but nothing reaches your main branch unreviewed.

04

Adjust monthly

Add a seat, drop a seat, or change tier at the month boundary. The team you need in month one is rarely the team you need in month five.

What we carry so you don't

  • Employment, payroll, and equipment. Peruvian contracts, local compliance, hardware. You get an invoice in USD.
  • Cover for absence. Holiday and sick leave are our problem. A seat you are paying for is a seat that is filled.
  • Replacement without a restart. If someone leaves, the handover is ours to run and the context does not walk out with them.
  • The senior review layer that makes a junior seat worth buying at all.

Worth knowing

Nine hours of overlap with the US East Coast means a review happens the same afternoon it is asked for, not the next morning.

Questions we get every time

Is this staff augmentation or an agency team?

Either. One seat inside your existing team is the common case; three or four with one of ours leading is the other. The rate card does not change between them.

Can we interview the engineer?

Yes, and you should. If you would not hire them onto your own team, they should not be on your board.

What about the 30-day notice — both ways?

Both ways. We will also tell you when a seat has stopped earning its cost rather than quietly billing it.

How is this different from hiring directly in Peru?

You skip the entity, the payroll, the recruiting, and the risk of a bad first hire. If you get to four or five seats, hiring directly starts to make more sense, and we will say so.
