What you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, budget band, which offer you are interested in, and your message.

Which page you submitted it from, so we know what you were reading.

And, if you arrived through a campaign or advertising link, the campaign tags in that link (the utm_ parameters). They tell us which channel the enquiry came from. Nothing about you.

Your IP address, and the site you arrived from. Neither is recorded against your enquiry. Your IP is used momentarily to rate limit submissions and to run the anti-bot check below, and is not written down.

To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to keep a record of the enquiry. That is the only purpose.

Two things, both of which stay on your device and are never sent anywhere on their own: your light or dark theme choice, and the campaign tags described above until you close the tab. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no analytics.

Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check confirms a submission came from a person rather than a bot. It sees your IP address and browser to do that. We chose it because it does not profile you or show you puzzles.

And our email provider, which delivers the notification carrying your enquiry to us. Nobody else.

We do not add you to a newsletter, run you through a drip sequence, sell your details, or share them with anyone outside Inspired Solutions S.A.C. beyond the two providers named above.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as our contract and Peruvian accounting requirements need them.

Email us and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and confirm, and we will not ask you why.
