Build · weeks 3–6
Two-week iterations against your board, in your standup. You see a running build every week, on a device, not in a slide.

Harden · week 7
Store review requirements, crash reporting, analytics, the auth and payment edge cases, and the paperwork Apple rejects builds over.

Ship · week 8
Submission to both stores, a signed pipeline that builds from a clean checkout, and the handover session.
What you own at the end
- The apps, live. Submitted to the App Store and Play Store under your developer accounts, not ours.
- The repo and the pipeline. Fastlane, CI, and a documented release command. Another team can pick this up without calling us.
- The backend and its infrastructure as code — so staging and production are the same shape, and you can see what you are paying for.
- A written scope record of what we agreed in week one and what changed since, so the fixed price stays honest in both directions.

What if the scope is bigger than eight weeks?
Then we say so before you pay, and quote the honest number. We would rather lose the sale than sell you eight weeks that were always going to be fourteen.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The repo is yours and lives in your organization, not ours.
Do you do the design too?
Yes, and it is in the price. If you already have a designer we work to their files and the sprint gets longer on build and shorter on shape.
What happens after week eight?
Most clients move to a Nearshore Squad seat to keep shipping. That is a separate monthly agreement, not an assumption baked into this one.
