Inspired Solutions is a product engineering studio in Lima, founded by Sergio Salazar in 2017 after a decade of building backends, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure for clients in the United States.

Why Lima
Peru sits at GMT−5. That is US Eastern time for most of the year and one hour off Central. It means our engineers are online when your product manager has a question, not eight hours later with a summary.
It also means a two-hour flight difference rather than a two-day one, invoicing in USD, and a working culture that already runs on Slack, Jira, and pull requests because it has been serving US clients for a decade.
We are cheaper than a US team. We are not the cheapest team you can find, and we are explicit about that: the rate card is published, and the reason a senior costs $40–55 an hour is that a senior is doing the work.

Junior work exists on our teams and we price it honestly — but no PR reaches your main branch without a senior on it.
