Do you need production access?
A read-only IAM role and a Cost Explorer export. We never need write access, and we never touch a running system during an audit.
What if you don't find anything worth $3,500?
It has not happened yet. If it does, you keep the report and the diagram, and we will say so plainly rather than padding the findings.
Are we obligated to hire you for the fixes?
No. The roadmap is written so your own team, or any other vendor, can execute it. That is deliberate.
GCP or Azure?
AWS is where our depth is. We'll take a GCP engagement and say so up front; we'll decline Azure rather than learn on your budget.
